The History of Medical Herbs

My first introduction to herbal medicine was when I moved to Brighton in 2006, I was unwell, tired, achy and quite run down so I booked a session with a herbalist Julia Behrens, Turns out I was zinc deficient which was effecting my immune system and general wellbeing. I went along to many of Julia's workshops and forage walks and learnt as much as a could about herbs. Fast tract a few years, I met my partner David,a gardener, bought some land and created Herb heaven Devon. This is a video that Julia created, her passion and talents are limitless.
